Rapid cycle metalizer with capabilities customized to cell manufacturing processes

The Press-Side 3000 offers an exciting new option for the application of thin metal coatings on injection molded parts for reflectivity, EMI/RFI shielding and decoration. The compact, 30-inch diameter chamber is suitable for depositing coatings on multiple units or substrates during a typical 45-90-second cycle.

The Press-Side accommodates a wide variety of coatings including aluminum, chromium, stainless steel, nickel-chrome alloys, brass, and copper.


VTI Customization and Service
With every Press-Side purchase, VTI supplies a complete process – not just a product. It begins with comprehensive applications development to custom-design your solution. Once your specifications are set, we manufacture your system within 14 - 16 weeks.

Upon completion of the system build sequence, we oversee the installation of the unit and the training of your operators and process engineers. A modem connection between your equipment and VTI aids in troubleshooting and programming for process changes. Should you require on-site assistance, we promise to have someone at any Continental US facility within 24 hours.

Fixtures and Parts
We supply original fixtures with your installation. Later, as your requirements change or when you add new products, we will design new fixtures with the same attention to detail. In addition, all spare parts and targets are available from VTI.
